So today I bought my 2010 super white 5 speed tC. Ordered about 2 weeks ago, they found one in the area and drove it in. Bought it brand new with like 11 miles on the odometer. So my dealer is a great guy and all, got me pure price of $16,920 for the base 2010 with the 5 speed. I ordered some accessories and what not, so I have to come in whenever we make the appointment and they will install it.
Lol, so don't ask how I didn't check, but I get home like 30 minutes later. i open the radio cover, and hey. theres no radio. I called my dealer and he said that hes sorry he completely forgot to put it in, and they will put it in with the accessories.
But i just think its funny, i bought a brand new car with no radio.
Now ive been driving it and im kinda ____ed because i want to know what the stock speakers sound like.
The sheet for the car says it has a 9 speaker sound system? Where are they located?

Actually 7, including the sub in the rear. Maybe he was thinking about the 2011 tC with the 9 ugly speakers. Any who, that story wasn't funny. LOL...ok it was kinda funny. OP, the speakers sound great! You will be happy. Enjoy

when i went to buy my 09 last year i went to the dealer and they kicked me out after i told them i'd only give then 16000 for an 07 rsx they wanted 22 for it 56000 miles on it ridiculous so i went to the scion dealer next door bought my 09 tc and immediatly drove to the other dealer rolled window down asked jealous much they didn look to happy it was pretty funny they got so ____ed at me for offering so lil they thought i had no money or something so they literally escorted me out i waslaughin my ___ off

I went to the grocery store to buy some eggs, but the sales person looked at me like I couldnt afford his fancy eggs. So I went next door to the other grocery store and they gave me the pure price on egglands best! So I walked out of the store passed the other grocery store that denied me my eggs and I showed them my eggs and said jelous much?

Haha another guy posted the story about the RSX, but its cool. Hey guys are there any services that need to be done before the one they told me? The guy said I should come back at 5000 miles for an oil change. Sounds right to me, but who knows, you guys have had these cars for longer than I have.

If you bought it brand new... then yes. the first service (oil change) is at 5K.
The oil that that toyota puts in the brand new engines before they leave the factory is what is commonly referred to as "break-in oil". So you'll want to bring it in then. At least the first service should be free. I think the first 2 or 3 oil change services are included when you buy a Scion brand new from the dealer.

dumb question; maybe its just me, but my music is usually on before i even put the car in gear cuz its too damn boring without it; so how would you make it all the way home without noticing? i wouldve noticed before leaving or even a block or so away and taken it right back
