Default Good hiding places

Where are the good hiding places in the tc? The best one i found is the front edge of the head liner by the windshield. but you can only put small things up there. Anyone else found any clever places to put things? How easy is it to pop the shift boot up?

I used to have a 5spd maxima, and i could pop the shift boot up, and put al kinds of stuff down there. i dont feel as confident in the little plastic bracket around ours though.

It doesn't matter where you hide, K-9 will find it.

Uhm, yeah, but no. That's just an urban legend. Whether or not it was started or they just perpetuated the myth is unclear, but most people found out about watching Beverly Hills Cop. So if you heard from a friend who heard it from their cousin who swears they had the dogs all over their car en route from Miami, it doesn't matter, they probably got the idea from BHC. Dogs smell individual smells, not a lump of combined odors. So they smell the coffee, in addition to whatever is in there, and it helps that they are trained to smell past odor covering agents.

If its a firearm... I suppose center console for when you're in the car, and then take it with you (if you have a CHL) when you're not.

I'm not sure I trust the glovebox to lock a firearm in, since its not really a strong lock and if I had a gun I wouldn't want someone stealing it (obviously).

I was joking about the Steak.

the correct thing to do is drive around with a fresh cantin full of coffee, and a open box of cripy creme doughnuts. When the cop walks up to the door, just look over at the coffee and doughnuts. 9/10 times...you're free to go!!!

Sure you can. Just buckle the body in, splash some beer on his clothes, and if you're stopped, "Officer, this my buddy Dave, he had a bit too much to drink tonight, and we're just driving him home. He's fine, he just needs to sleep it off. Don't worry, we've already secured his cell phone, so he won't be calling any exes tonight."
