If it is a fix it ticket for both, then find a cool cop...but either way, if you get the certification from the ref, then any cop will sign it off. You ok alex? You seem a little irritable?
Sorry bro. If it sounded like i was attacking you I didnt mean to. I just wasnt in a very good mood earlier. A few issues with the gf :/ But ya I get what your saying.

OP - so, let me get this straight. You got a ticket for "breaking" the law with your tint and exhaust, and you think breaking the law even further will fix it by scamming the police? You must be wanting to see how much trouble you can acctually get in.

Also, for everyone that posted and encouraged his idiotic behavior, I hope you acctually wouldnt go do the same thing.

what happens if you get a fix it ticket and fool the cops or take the mods off and then put them back on afterwards and end up gettin pulled over again for the same thing? Does that show up on the cops computer when they run your info? Do they give you a real ticket or what?

are you serious? if what you say is true then I wont attempt this, but my only question is why wud they take time looking up my vin? I just didn't think they would waste their time. i mean they cud use that time to munch on some donuts or something.

It will definitely show up. If you fix a correctable violation then it will be gone from your "official" record, but the cops will still be able to see it when they run your info. This happened to me. I got a first fix-it ticket and I had the tint put back on again. Then, the next time when I got pulled over, the cop was able to tell me that I had already received a fix-it ticket for this in the past. He asked me what happened. I said, "Well I removed the tint, went to the courthouse, and then had the tint put back on." He laughed and thanked me for being honest, so he just wrote me another fix-it ticket instead of a non-correctable violation. But if the second cop is a d1ck, then yes, they can give you a more serious punishment because they will know that you didn't take the fix-it ticket seriously.
