omg id kill someone. my keychain has the big ___ Scion emblem made outta metal attached to it. my luck theyd throw it, itd go through the windshield, break the steering column off as it goes down, and dent the floorboards

okay maybe thats a little much. but yea you have a right to be mad. when you go in there, make sure you tell them how they took off your TRD exhaust and put the stupid OEM thing back on

my babies at the dealer... defective charcoal filter... which is on back order...

anyways, the point is there are service managers and engineers at the place I go to.. manager asks what's wrong... gets down mileage, checks for any scratches or bumps and marks it down... then the engineer takes the car... they put plastic on every part they touch (seat... steering wheel)... they are very careful... I love my dealership... usually friendly service...

that's North County Toyota, btw... great service there... and when I bought my car, my dealer was great... I know about scion's pure pricing but the guy didn't even try to get me with a warranty = )

Im turning in my car this Friday so they can add the final parts to my car. TRD exhaust and Scion Alarm.

I give it to my service rep, and she takes excellent care of my car. I get it back cleaned. I usually take photos before I turn my car in, although the only reason Im turning it in to the TOYOTA department is because this is part of what I already paid for. Otherwise, I do all the maintenence and mechanic work at a friends who I trust.
