Default HID Problem on 08 tC (with Pics)

So i had the kit for about 3 months. Wife got them installed while i was deployed at a local shop...... First the lights just worked.... next day started flickering then turned on, then only the right one and next day nothing... So ive been lookin at all these post with hid problems, and my kit is the only one that looks jacked up... like these guys added their own ____... Can any1 please point out the problem if you see one with my setup... The kit i got from mobile hid from operatic. Remember that the lights worked for a good 3 months and thats it... Bought new bulbs thought that was the problem but nope. Here are the pics.

just put the ballast here so u can see the wires.

all the relay crap

close up

Didnt show the other side cause pretty much just the 2 wires that go to the ballast.
Any help would greatly be appreciated.

check the ground location. If they screwed it in the screws might have gotten rusted and the connection is loose.

I am also having some problems and it looks like we have the same HID KIT, but mines dont flicker and turn off, my bulb wont fit right into my original housing for the bulb it fits in perfect but i am unable to twist it and secure it right. I ordered 9006 bulb and that is the right bulb for our Headlights right?

I don't know about your kit or whatever, but the kit my friend gave me, I had to swap the yellow rubberband on the bulbs cause the one on the HID kit was too big for it to fit

Same thing happened with my ProLumen Kit. The bulb's been blown twice now. Both times, it was the driver's side. Just got my free replacement last week, actually.

Look at the bulb. If that bubble part in the center is black and looks like you burned it with a lighter or something, then it's just the bulb..

Lifetime warranty FTW. =]

i had a problem too, like for the first few weeks everything was but then, it would flicker and start up slow or not at all..

my ground wire was where yours is at right now..talked to opt and told me to move it to the ground of the battery.

so i did that and bam it was good as new :D..maybe that may be your problem.

Get a 12V light tester and check to see if power is making to the ballast's.
