Sports car????? I am pretty sure they dont classify it as a sports car... if so they are on crack. It should be in the same class as an RSX, civic... etc. but who knows...

Two drivers, I have two tickets and a parking lot accident, she has a ticket and a wreck (both related), the tC with $500 deductables and no glass deductable, a saturn with no full coverage (liability only.. its 10 years old) and it runs $950/6 mo

Always shop around and dont be afraid to switch from time to time... AAA was the cheapest for me until this renewal when they decided to raise us to $2600/ 6 mo... me and my agent both told them they were crazy! The next most expensive (even with $100 deductables) was $1500... insurance is strange

100 comprehensive deductible/250 collision

$593.90 for 6 months with 4 speeding tickets in the last year.

^^ wow! 4 in the last year? You wouldnt be driving in MN. They must be pretty lax there. Here in MN they can suspend your license for a few months (2 or 3 mo I think) for having 3 in the same year.

I used to have SafeCo when I was living in OK, pretty good company from what I could tell. I used them for quite a while.

State Farm: $48/month, full coverage, 250 deductable
That reflects about a 45% discount for multi-line, since my car, my wife's car and our house are all on the same policy.

For companies that do more than just auto, they'll usually make it worth your while to give them all of your business, instead of just a single line

Not necessarrilly. Location, demographics and about a ton of other stuff play a part in determining that. I knew someone with a riduculously low rate on his insurance.. got in a wreck and was sued because of the crappy coverage and the crappy company which would not pay off the claim. It was a huge deal to get it corrected. So also be careful about overly cheap insurance.

I have looked at over 20 companies.. other than AAA being ridiculously over priced they are all consistent in pricing for where I am.

You also have to realize that some states require coverages that others do not.

Remember, every state rates cars different and you have no-fault laws and junk.
I'm 32, no points, and in Michigan and it's $100 a month with $500 deductible (which I pay no matter who is at fault) on collision and comprehensive through AAA. They are actually the lowest I found. Allstate, Geico, State Farm were all within dollars for me.
If you wanna play, you gotta pay!

all i kno is that it only went up $40 a month when transfering from my previous Mustang, and it would of gone an up $150 a month if i woulda chosen the 06 Civic Si like i had planned. insurance was a big determining factor from the Si to the tC if not the only reason, no tickets, good student discount and this other program shi7 i took. i am jus turning 19 this month tho

I just had to chime in here. I have a box which might be a bit less then a TC, but I'm 29 with no points and live in PA. I pay < $800 per year. I have full coverage and $500 deductible. Erie Insurance rocks.
