Sorry if this covered before.. I am noob..^^( I also can't find my old post)

As I previously posted.. someone stole my seat belts.. lol darn you..

Today replacement seatblets came and i installed and everything looks good except the airbag light..

I did try *disconnecting the battery* method but warning light still remains

I wonder, is there a cable/connector that sends something to airbag main module.??

I could not see a wire but i DID see what looks like a connector socket in seat belt tensioner...(very small but some kinda of socket)..

I looked up on part diagram but could not see the wire connecting seat belt and main module..

Can someone who has knowledge shine me some light

sounds like a trip to the dealer to me...

 

honestly this thread is hopeless, it will never recover from such epic failure....

ask a mod to delete it, and make a new one with a proper title!

 

Are you certain the SRS light is on, and not the Seatbelt light? I'm asking because if the seatbelt sensor plug is not connected to the buckle, then it will throw the Seatbelt light (car "thinks" you're not wearing seatbelt, but actually it doesn't detect the seatbelt itself). If the SRS light is on, then there is something wrong with the seatbelt pretensioner mechanism. That is, if the problem is within the restraint system and not with the airbags.

Anyways, OP: this plug should be there. If it's ripped out along with the old one..then >>>> SRS light!
