Default HUGE PROBLEM - - SOMEONE HELP!!!!!

Does anyone know 'WhiteBlazer01', owner of LEDMODS.NET?

Here's what happened:

I send him my gauges 3 weeks ago to mod.
He was corresponding emails with me back and forth fairly quickly, same day or next day, when I was discussing price and everything before I sent the gauges to him.

A week went by, keep in mind he says theres a 1-2 turnaround time for guages, plus I paid an extra 15 for overnight shipping. He finally emails me back saying he was falling behind, now he's caught up, and will send them out overnight the next day, friday.

Monday came around, no package, I sent an email.
Tuesday not package, sent email.....
A week goes by again...

That thursday, he again replys that he had a problem with a cathode for the HVAC and he willl send them out on friday, this time i requested a tracking number, he said he would include one in a email he would send me when he shipped it.

Now its Tuesday again, the 3rd week that I've been without gauges, and I have send him probably 10 emails since I heard from him last. I found him on myspace, send him a PM, he logged on myspace the next day, but did not respond to my PM.

Im really frustrated, because I've been driving along time without my gauges, and the car acts wierd without them, no trac, no 4th gear, dont know how fast im going and so on...

What can I do, I tried looking for a phone number everywhere, not listed by his address or name: Paul Salmas.

Does anyone know him personally?

I just really need my gauges back.

I sent him payment for some LED's on 10.27.2006 and I have yet to receive anything. He said that it would be shipped out the next day...which puts it at Saturday the 28th of October. I understand that it was a weekend ship out but I should have received something mid week early November and what do you know...I do not have ______!

Thats not as bad as driving around with no heat in VA, without knowing how fast your going, or how much gas you have left, plus I have to drive in the far right lane on the highway because I dont have 4th gear anymore. I have to top my car off every 3 days just to be safe.

My cousin lives in Irvine, right next to Tustin, CA.

If I dont hear anything by the end of the week, I might have to send him over to his house.

I do not htink he would of kept yours due to low mileage. I know there's quite a few people on here who requested for him to do the LED swap for their cars.

There has to be a reasonable reason for why it has taken so long to receive any of your items or mine...

Could be one of two things happening here.. His services blew up like whoa and he doesn't know how to tell people he DOESN'T HAVE THE TIME to perform said services. Or two, he's a scammer. Look for gauge clusters for sale on forums/ebay! But I just have a feeling he stuck his foot in his mouth when he said he could get the job done. He's money hungry and wants to accept shipments to do the clusters/hvac LED swaps, but just can't keep up with the work coming in. He should just own up to not having the time and send your stuff back with a huge apology. Of course, free of charge.

knowing him... i'm thinking he's blown up just like i have..

i barely have time for many people myself.. but at the least i mainly deal locally. i have done shipping before, and have gotten them done and shipped right out fine.

most people who know me realize that there is a long wait, and they are fine with that... i make sure my schedule is free before we meet if it's local or before it's shipped out if not.

i have tried calling him myself lately and he hasn't responded to me either... that's when i'm more worried about his well-being... that guy doesn't stop working usually until he's completely burned-out... :?

as far as returning your stuff... yeah... need to find a way to contact him.

I dont think anything happened to him, he logged into myspace on 11/6/06.

Some guy posted a comment on his myspace:
Hey, thanx for stoppin' by and commenting for my b-day!.. i had a great one! I got to go out to vegas for 3 days!

So I think he's fine, why wont he just respond to messages?

i just cant believe he's doing this, if he's going to take forever on them, why not just tell me that, instead of lying and saying he's going to send them out, and never does. According to him, he's already finished them, twice, and going to ship them, twice. But where are they??? I wish i still lived in Irvine, so I could just go knock on his door. He cant possibly be THAT busy, that he cant write an email.
