Default I almost cut off my finger.

While playing around today at lunch, I decided to try out the pinch protection on my windows. Drivers side worked great, window went up and hit my finger and shot down halfway. Neat. Well, I decided to try the passenger side just for the hell of it. Stuck my finger in the window, hit the auto up, only to have the glass crunch my finger while the window motor continued to strain to push the glass up. Ouch. I proceded to try it a couple more times. ( Using rolled up napkins instead of my finger.) But the window never stops or rolls down as it should. The light on the switch was not blinking, so I didn't think it needed reset. But I read the owners manual and tried to reset the window anyway. But It didn't help. Am I missing something obvious? Has anybody had this happen. I did a search on it and came up with nothing that helped me.
Thanxs

well, either bring it to the dealer and show them...or don't auto roll up your window with something in the way
