spelling check is your friend but anyways sorry to hear about that. old people should be tested again to see if they are able to drive well still.

$h!t happens. get used to it.
this should make you laugh alittle. my brother just got a brand new mercesdest benz CLS 550. roughly an 80 thousand dollar car. this week he got rear ended by an undercover police officer, and not only that, but he was pushed into the car infront of him. it happens.

oh, and if you are too handicapped to drive safetly, then please be so kind as to hand over your drivers license and take the bus.

i hate insurance companies

Old people and people who text while driving then end up going through red lights and almost hitting me are what annoy me.

but glad to hear you are ok

Old people are the worst. Last week I saw an old driver bump into the back of another car which was stopped at a stop sign. The steel bumper put a big dent in the back of the victim's car. The other driver rolled forward and pulled over to the side, and the old lady just kept on driving like nothing happened, passing her victim and continuing on down the road. I wondered if she even knew she hit something. She was one of those little old ladies who has to stretch to see over the steering wheel.

the same thing happened to me. 7:00AM on a monday morning i was on my way to work, and i hear tires screeching and i think (id hate to be that guy) then....BAM! I'm that guy...I have some dents a lot of scratches and this HUGE scuff mark....I got my tc in july and he hit me in september...My uncle (lawyer) sent him a letter with the estimate. no response. now we're going after the company cuz he hit me with a company car. he wasn't old. he was 29 with a wife and kids (small talk, waiting for the five-0). it is 650 for a new bumper and paint. dirtbag doesn't wanna pay. he kept on saying "do we really need a cop?" yeah....so if anyone ever gets hit, call a cop.
