Default i hate drivers

OMFG!!! so i had to take my brother to work today and some couple(maybe 35-40ish) ran me off the road... so i hit my breaks and slide into a curb cause it is raining... now 2 of my rims are scratched about 6 inches around each. the worst part is that they just looked and kept going... and im there honking my a** off... and yea. so i dunno what to do now.
i have 4 things in mind in order from expensive to cheap
1) get new rims
2) get 2 replacement rims
3) get them fixed as best possible and painted to a color of my desire...
4) leave them and let it be a reminder to hate older people that hate teenage drivers.

here are the pics.. one of each rim

ouch - did you get the plates or anything like that? wonder what the cops would have to say about fleeing the scene of an accident - although they will probably hassle you too bc you are a teenage driver....

Sorry it happened... but what does this have to do with them "hating teen drivers" ???? I doubt they said "There is x type of driver.. lets run him off the road!". That would actually fit more into the mindset of..... teen drivers Just messin with you, but you get my point.

Most likely it was an accident, but they were lame and drove off (for that they deserve a beating).

Any witnesses?

it was at a light... 4 lane road. 2 lanes for each direction. i was on the right and the couple was on the left. it was one of those intersections that curve in the middle so u have to sorta go leftish instead of straight.. well htey didnt scoot over and i hit my break and honked alot and skid into the curb..

sorry this happened but I also duobt there is any "teen hating" here. I have an intersection very similar to your description 2 traffic lights down, except ppl need to move ~4-5 feet over to the right. Ppl just go straight and turn at the last moment. In those cases, I try never to go side by side with anyone.... it's amazing how many ppl turn at the very last minute.
The damage doesnt look that bad..... I see ppl drive around w/ wheels looking like that.

Considering how oblivious the average driver is nowadays, they might not had even realized that you were there ... I get this kind of thing quite a bit when I'm riding one of my motorbikes; I have to ride as if no one sees me... I find that when I'm driving I do the same thing.

just fix it yourself and get some wheel paint and do a new color, won't cost you much.

It just looks like curb rash, that's nothing major dude.

You can get it repaired at a repubtable wheel repair place or fix it yourself.

It could've been a lot worse, so just count your blessings here

but yea, screw the other drivers!

x2^

same thing happened to me last night with some older guy(looked to be at least 65) in a tundra, luckily i had room to brake and veer right with enough room to avoid contact with him or the curb.

If someone is running you off the road, always contact their car to get some paint/damage off or on them. That way it doesn't get written up as your own reckless driving.

I personally would opt for number 4...just leave it alone!

But hey, if you don't want to and you go aftermarket for rims, i'll take those! I LOVE those rims!
