Default I think my wipers are messed up. (I got pics of it)

I think my windshield wipers are too high
compared to other tC's. Its probably because
when i was cleaning them i left them up to dry,
then i opened my hood with the wipers up,
then they fell back into place,
but they are a bit higher than other tC's.
Anyone know how i can fix it?

Here are some pictures:

easy fix. at the end of the wiper there is a little black cap. remove it with your fingernails or something with a sharp tip. just becareful not to scratch it. you will need a rachet with 14mm socket? or was it 12? remove the nut. adjust it to the position that you prefer and tighten down the nut and replace cap.

Even easier fix, the wipers are supposed to do that so if there is snow down there it doesnt break the wipers, just moves them up. Just push them down and your all set.

Read your owners manual, I believe that the position of your wipers is a feature to prevent burnout of the wiper motor when snow and ice piles up on the windshield. I don't think you have to loosen any nuts or bolts to fix it. (i could be wrong)

yes, RTFM, your answer is in there. they are disigned to have two positions

Just pull them back down toward the bottom. It's designed like that.

If they don't go back to position when you push them down... push them down harder. They're made to do that.

It's a feature, not a bug.

Does that include the drivers side whiper not moving all the way over to the edge of the windshield?

I'm having that issue now. It's anooying as hell.
