Thanks, man. I don't really go out to any meets other than a Club Lexus meet. Sometimes I go to a "fitment" meet in Royal Palm. I'm going to try to go out to that meet this Sunday around 9pm. It's at Froyolicious in Royal Palm Beach.

Will do!

So I raised the car about 1 1/2" in the rear and 1/2" up front. Enough to make it a little easier to drive without breaking anything else until I can get a job and have some income to pick up new tires and a new fender. So this is how she'll sit for the next month or so

New tires are on up front so I can get back to lowering it again. I also have new fenders sitting in my room that I need to paint. And new headlights are going on. Same 05-07 headlights. Just fresh.

Agreed, I bought some modded 08 headlights off someone here and I love them, they were painted on the inside and <3 projectors with HID's, I can see way further down the road than before without blinding people since the light is focused.

I really like how 05-07s look on flint mica. The contrast between the silver brow and FM paint have a really nice contrast IMO. I cant imagine doing anything that I'd like more.

Oh and they're 215/35s. They were kind of a pain to mount, and the stretch looks sketchy, but I'll keep an eye on it.

Yea I get what your saying...I actually was on the hunt for the Spec tC Headlights because they came w/ a Blk'd Outr eyebrow & no chrome rings on them...I havent found a place that sells the Spec version.

^ Yeah I've never seen those for sale aftermarket. But I still like the regular 05-07 the best. 08s are nice but I don't like that nipple.

Jasper when you switched to the 215/35 did it drop the car a lot more? Also did it give you a lot more clearance?

About 10mm. You gain that vboth in drop and cleance. Which matters at this drop.

The new project. The car is going to be left alone for a while. I'll probably work on this for the rest of the year. It's a Honda Shadow that a buddy was going to turn into a bobber but all he got to do was chop it/hard tail it. I'm taking over to finish the rest and clean everything up. I have no idea what I'm doing. But that's the fun part.

Yeah I'm really excited about it. But you're right... It rides rough as fuhhh. No rear suspension and rolled up tee shirts for a seat. My ___ is still bruised. A springer seat is the first thing on my list for sure.
