Just picked up my S.W. 05 tC
I've been following the development of the car for months on end, reading the forums here, looking at pictures, video, etc. So last night after hours I went and looked at one of about 8 tC's at my local dealer, and I thought they were awesome in person. This morning I went to Ft. Myers Scion where my salesman Larry was nothing but helpful and nice as can be. We looked at the colors he had available and so I chose a Super White A/T and paid for the car right there. Just got it home and I love it, I'll post pics soon!

Thanks for the quick responses guys! I'm loving the car, I took some pictures earlier today and I will post them when I upload them to my webserver later tonight. The dealer by me, Ft. Myers Scion had 8 of them listed when I checked Auto Trader, I didn't know they had all 8 on the lot because some were pending sale, and some had'nt been prepped for delivery/test drive yet. They had a Flint Mica (sold) Silver Streak Mica (sold) a few Super Whites (I think they're down to one or possibly none after today), Black Cherry Pearl, and another light blue/greenish color that I wasn't sure of (Azu??). Anyway, my salesman said they're selling like hotcakes actually, and the only reason they had so many is because they're in the top ten volume dealers in the country so they get more cars, and they had the ability to pull from about 175 dealers in a 4 or 5 state area. If you're in southwest Florida and don't want to wait for one, give them a call at (239) 938-2800 and ask for Larry VonVille, tell him that Chris Wilkins sent you.
Over all, the only thing I didn't like is that every Scion on the lot (and every Toyota for that matter) had this extra "ToyoGuard" protection plan added to the sticker which brought the price to $18,165.18 before tax, tag and title fees. Basically it was a $699 option for some rubberized undercoating and some scotch guard, and every vehicle that comes from the Jacksonville distributor has this done to the vehicle. But I'm happy with my purchase, they give a Lifetime Warranty on the power train also as long as you use their service department, which gives customers free high speed internet access, free lunch, coffe and snacks, and also has a full-time masseuse for free massages! Hopefully the car will last me a long while, it looks great on the road!

Yes I got the floormats, and I guess the only reason I got the Toyoguard is because I just took one off the lot that they had in stock. Put 130 miles on it and I'm absolutely loving it.
