i really am surprised at the amount of leg room that is back there. i used to own a 92 prelude and absolutely no leg room when i set the seat how i like it. and i still have my 92 4door civic dx. and the tc has more leg room then a civic 4door. so i hope any of this info helps you

The problem in the back isn't legroom, I have relatively large friends (6-2, 5-11) able to sit in back with legroom to spare, but they're usually too busy avoiding hitting their heads on the low-ceiling-ed hatch glass to enjoy the legroom. This is probably true of all coupes, though. As far as legroom, one can sit straight in the backseat with a backpack in front of their legs and not be brushing it with their shins.

Headroom shouldn't be a problem if they recline the seats back...
Sure, it's not the best solution, but at least the option is there :D
I don't have my tC yet, but each time I've test drove it I made sure to check out the back and compared to the '92 Beretta I drove for the last 8 years, there's more than enough legroom back there. The seats are wicked comfortable as well, so a little head cramping is a minor gripe AFAIC.
