Thanx buddy. I got a catch can, walboro 255 fuel pump, 640cc injectors, and I'm still debating if I wanna sell my extra turbo. Its a 20lb paper weight haha I also got an innovate air fuel ratio gauge and an oil temp gauge. The AFR gauge is missing a connector but I'm willing to get rid of it dirt cheap. a-pillar 3 gauge pod and a vacuum block.

I have a massive flu sickness at the moment so I wont b able to post it for a while but lmk if you want anything. I may go up there too since I can get into 6 flags for fwee!

 

in need of the tapped pan, and perhaps farther down the road the injectors and fuel pump
but yeah, its the oil pan thats holding me back from install..

That is weird your tsudo made your tanabe raspy because mine stayed deep just louder. And too me it sounds insane when you get on it hard! But everyone has differing opinions or maybe for some reason yours sounded different? even my friend who would let me know if it sounded bad said it sound really good from outside. Either way, have fun with the turbo!

 

Scion Addict, just get a oil pan tap from Dezod and have it welded at a shop. Shouldn't cost more than 50 bux. I have extra oil pans too if you need one

I believe Lasing did install it himself with his padre, but to be honest, with work, school, a full-time gf, and my dad not knowing (when I actually live with him) [ i know, excuses excuses ;p ], it'd be really difficult to install it with an hour of free time a day. Not to mention losing my DD for a while ha

Hey DJ, did you put that cone shaped thing from the mid pipe to the exhaust? it seems like theres a leak when i didn't have it on and it made it raspy with it on...

Very nice build man, it's exciting from way over lol. That donut is the gasket, and yes it leaks if you don't have it installed. May put out flames under your car, so safe to put it back in.

 

yeah I've met up with lasing a few times
now thats its summer i could do it easily, and walk to work for a few days being that its like 1-2 miles away haha
but yeah I'm trying to get a separate oil pan first to tap and i could weld it myself
I've been trying junk yards, how much would you spare one for?

I used the thin gaskets with some rvt or some exhaust sealant then I used the cone one to connect to the exhaust which really didn't fit that well but I dont have a leak.

 

Man buddy!! I remember the first time I met u and your tC, u have really stepped up your game! If I went turbo I would do exactly what you did and just b discreet & just shock the living hell out of these lil racers that rev on me. Lol

Hector - I know man. From a riced out kam kit, to sumn else. To be honest, I had no idea I'd go this far into the game. Since I'm going to school for nursing, something I really don't have interest in,or nursing, reading and working on cars is the only thing that's keeping me sane (and my gf). Hey SL. Yes I'm still here. A lot has changed over the year and now that I graduated (RN, BSN) more goodies will be going in. I've mentioned in the past that I'm weaning off the herrafrush look and slowly going more functional. My efforts may be subpar to some, but from no income and other BS, I'd say I did an alright job. - sold the Miro STP-1s 17x10 18x10, for Gold Enkei RPF1 17x9.5 all around (yes there is fitment issues) running 215/45 (less stretch and less camber)
- gfx front lip
- custom diy front splitter
- custom diy side skirt extenders
- custom diffuser
- 4runner big brake kit (more like a medium brake kit)
- hotchkis adjustable rear camber arms
- and other miscellaneous bits and pieces like a cargo net, another bike attachment for my lady, painted calipers, 1000w crossfire amp,
