My boy had WISEVIL, he also had SIIIT (would put tape between the first 2 I's), 666 (on a celebrate kids plate), DEEZNTZ. He is an avid license plate collector, and has had alot of dealings with the Ohio DMV about some of his plates...

No you're not. The only reason he can get a desirable plate is because he lives in Minnesota. I can guarantee that IH8U and all other possible combinations of "I hate you" are already taken in CA. In fact, everything you can possibly think of is already taken.
