Thanks sciontc_mich for the info. I have an '06, and the VIN is in the 600000 range. I'll try to find another dealership that will take me seriously.

I appreciate everyone's thoughts on this.

Being in the 1100's I'm surprised it took this long to notice. Within the last few weeks I've noticed more pull than usual. I'll probably get an alignment first but thanks for the TSB

Thanks Mucho friend....I have a very early model 05 so I'm sure I'm included in the TSB...I'm gonna call and/or show up at the dealer on Monday armed with this info...That definitely sounds like what is goin on with my steering/suspension.

yeah this is why i think lots of 06 owners who had 05's were saying the 06 was "tighter and more responsive" since for the 06 year the rack and steering pump were replaced with a new, better part.. so yeah that would make sense of why the 06 owners don't see the problem..

but you're welcome to all.. glad to help out..

NOw that I think about it, I'm pretty sure It (the steering/handling) was more responsive when I drove it off the lot, in November of '04...I'll probably have to drop the car off for a few days, cuz I'm also gonna have em knock out the squeaky clutch pedal, squeaky radio cover, rattling driver door, and slow leak in fr left tire (again!) I think that covers it all! ;(

Do you think they'll do anything about a squeaky clutch pedal? I have the same thing happening with mine so I'm kind of curious..

well I've had them take a look at the pedal assembly at least 4 times, and they've not yet been able to pinpoint the problem...SO at this point, I'm not very optimistic. Especially because MY pedal isn't squeaking Rite now... Too many people just accept it, the only way we're ever gonna get it fixed is if EVERYONE actually complains to scion about it.

Squeaky clutch pedals are not uncommon.
Not sure if they'll look too far into it, but steering issues should be.
Have you ever had an alignment?

okay, so I dropped my car off at the dealership on MOnday...its now wednesday and I haven't heard anything. I'm about to give a call. I miss that car so much..hell, I miss having A car period!

BTW i dropped it off for the "steering pull/drift" tsb, my squeakin clutch, various rattles (one from the headliner, one from hatch) and a low tire.

The warranty better cover everything but the tire! =)

Well, its supposed to be done thursday (today) by noon. They supposedly did the tsb (really just an alignment...which if u look at my posts, I wanted and was about to pay for anyway! =)

The first time I talked to the guy he said they couldn't get the clutch to squeak. I said "I don't buy that. It does it everyday practically, and you've had it for 3 days. Especially now that its raining, go drive it for 10 mins..." He called me back 3 hours later and said "It took like 3 guys to do it but we fixed the clutch" He said they just lubed 'something' [moron] and I said thats been done before but hopefully this time will be it..otherwise I wanna talk to the prez of scion! lol, but seriously.

He tried to tell me that the Hatch rattle was because my sub box was hitting the hatch..which it TOTAL BS! oh well, I'm not overly concerned with the hatch rattle.

A part is on order for the sunroof/headliner rattle (which they f'd up doing the sunroof recall) so i have to go Back next week...

sorry for hi-jacking the thread! :}

apparently the tsb includes replacing a few parts (powersteering pump, etc...) But I don't think they EVEN did that. And I SWEAR, the car still pulls a bit to the rite! AND i've noticed two new rattles on the driver side door! SOB's
