Wikipedia states Mitsubishi turbos were used.

They stated 240 hp in a Neon? Has anyone ever seen rear end collision video from Highway Safety? You'll see the frame pan snapped into two pieces like a carrot.

I hate some neon owners... sti, evo, mustang, etc owners have the car to back up their tude.

An SRT4 is merely an SXT neon with a new powerplant, and horrific looking bumpers and wing. A 15? year old chassis design. A quick, polished turd sums it up nicely.

My car is nothing special, by no means, but the only thing it lacks when compared to the SRT4 is power. I'd rather have my 155ish whp than 210? that the SRT4 has, and have a good looking car, with a roomier back seat than that of an SRT4, and a less garbage looking interior.

Still garbage interior, but less garbage. lol

Now if we were talking about a dude saying the tc was junk, with a sick STi.. id be like yanno what, you're right, your car is nicer. My wiener is still bigger, can't buy that. But that doesnt really apply to your situation though, haha

the only reason that interior is remotely better is because they put in different seats in the front lmao otherwise it is exactly the same

They should have named the TC the "Mutt". It's got the trans and motor from the Camry, and the chassis is based off the Toyota Avensis from Europe. Still looks way better than an SRT4. They all look like they have lift kits on them from the factory hehe.

x2 on the lift kit - ive never seen another sports car / coupe where the first thing you pretty much MUST do is lower the car to make it look right lol

don't srt4's also have an uneven "drag race" kind of stance from them from the factory to or am i thinking of another car? I could swear I remember seing a neon that was definitely NOT lowered but had this higher in the rear lower in the front stance?

and LOL this is turning into a "why the srt4 sucks" thread...

Yeah they do kinda have that stance from the factory. Along with the 10k mile tires to fluff their OEM 1/4 mile bragging rights but wear out in no time on the street. A completely stock TC doesn't look out of place with its ride height, it's just when you put aftermarket stuff on it to gain performance appeal and you don't lower it, it looks like poopy.
