Default mmw header or alphaworks header

ive been lookin n cant decide between the mmw header or the alphaworks!
personal opinions please!?
which one is producing more hp and more torque!

This might help for the alphaworks. https://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=82724 IMO they all sound like crap due to the elimination of the stock cat. without the cat. It will be loud and raspy, kinda like a honda witha fartcan, or a weedwacker. Some people like that sound. Best bet is to get headers then have the rest of the exhaust done at a shop, and have them put a highflow cat inline with the exhaust, or a long resonator of somesort. That will make the exhaust have a deep growl to it. That is just my opinon, and what I would do if I werent going to put my turbo in.
