I just meant that I hope that your new pictures will show the car better, like if you stand more than two feet away from it. All you really need is to try harder (like avis). Some people here need to grow a thicker skin and a sense of humor....

Maybe I'm insane, and please someone correct me if I'm wrong but is that little ****/switch under the engine temp. gauge new? Perhaps I’m just oblivious but I don’t think we ’05 tC owners have (and I’m assuming it is) a dimmer switch for our gauge cluster! Maybe I’m wrong, maybe we do and the last year I have just blatantly missed it. Whatever. If I’m wrong I’m sure ill get ripped into by someone (and deservingly so I might add). However if I am right, well then I must say I will be quite ____ed off because that is something every car should have. Let me close by saying I’ve had quite a few beers tonight so…okay guys lets get to the bottom of this!

fair enough, it's probably my digicam. aren't canon sd200's supposed to be good cameras?

@dtemple:
I am not too sure about the little ****/switch under the engine temp. guage. You don't have it in your 05 tC? (Assuming you have an 05). But yes, that is a dimmer switch. Turning it left dims, turning right, makes it brighter. Hope that helps, cheerz!

Hate to break it to you but the steering wheel comes from the RAV-4. Even before the audio controls were added. As covered in many threads, the tC is made of parts from other cars.
Look at the second pic:

Yes, the engine is from the 4-cylinder Camry (US model), and the tires are from the IS300 (which is in itself a japanese market Altezza rebadged as a Lexus).

Congrats on the new car!! Does the third brake light still light up only the center 1/3 portion, or has Scion finally got the thing to light up all the way across?
