Yes I'm on air but if you would like to see the pile of Nitos in my garage that I've destroyed from driving too low be my guest... you can ask anyone I cruise with I ride lower than the static boys. I get excited when my rails get stuck over speed bumps and I have to drag myself off it's several inches thick and if I have to I'll reweld and go back to town.

Regardless of what anyone tells you about handling too at this height the air struts handle just as good as coils ____ when you cut out unibody so your control arms can actually sit even with it while driving you will know

Maybe I've been sipping the wrong coolaid lately the color is dope in fact fresh as ____ but the car isn't low. Plastics DO not count when you remove wheel gap from the equation you can be low, when you tuck tire you can be dumped and when you tuck rim you can be slammed I can go down to home depot and make a plastic lip/diffuser to go on the front of my car does that make me any lower? Sure doesn't

im not saying you dont ride low. and im not saying im dumped or slammed. i have no wheel gap, when i get the car back (which dont hold you breathe...will be a while) ill take the pictures to prove it.

I appreciate the compliment on the color. youre not that far...when i get the car back maybe ill get the crew down here to take a drive to an event or whatever up there. you can show me how its done.

I don't pretend to have a perfect stance, I just got my car and got into modifying cars a few months ago however it kind of sickens me when people try to enter the stance scene without understanding it. My experiences it's a superior elitist group that will deny that fact to the bone however looks imaculent clean and can not be beat by any other modification.

ive said it in here before. i love the look of stanced cars. Ive just seen enough stanced cars to know i wouldnt be able to have one of the better looking ones + i wanted to look different + the money on new shoes would kill me after a little.

Me either I'd love to see his car LOL, stancing a bagged car is easily 100x harder than a static.

Static = Ride height + Camber + offset + stretch

Bagged = riding height + camber + offset + stretch if you want to poke while driving

Suspension geometry, figuring out how much camber you will grab when actually parking so that your stretch will evenly align with your quarter panel allowing your rim to sit nice and flush against the metal of your fenders

Frame/unibody modifications so that you can sit even lower when parked

Ohh and if you change anything to get lower say good bye to your old setup because your back to adjusting camber, buying new spacers, re stretching new tires

On top of that if you screw up say goodbye to your rims/rubber or even need new fenders (lets not talk about it) because the weight of your whole car on fender doesn't quite work well.

I'll take a video of my car at ride height poking just as hard as your static stanced and airing out to the hella slammed rails on ground look

Ohh and to the original thread owner I apologize for posting this here and to your comment on running lower, depending on the coils you have you can always buy higher spring rates so that you have a much stiffer ride allowing you to go lower and have the same amount of control with much less play in your ride. Personally if you have that much invested in your bodykit/paint and want to make it stick out run some tein basics and take out the sprockets or whatever they are called should put you pretty damn low and not have to worry about rubbing.

As to meeting up I'm in MA every other weekend it seems getting invited to some charity event or in a few weeks there is an invite only car show/shoot on top of one of the major buildings in Boston MAX of 50 cars I can get you and your buds details if you would like

It's invite only for showing, all spectators welcomed believe there will be a photoshoot and potentially vendors on the 2nd to top level.

His and your definitions are different. He thinks the body being low is low. You/I think the frame being low is low.

He is low...but we are slammed (you know who "we" are)...hell, I am not slammed anymore, just low. Regardless, the paint is spot on and I love it, jealous actually. The bodykit...if you like it, great, just don't be a douche and think you are ____ because lets face it, everyone hates it and will hate you if you act like you are Gods sperm or something. As for wheels, just save up like 800 and buy a used set of rota whatevers in 18x9.5 and then your fanboy stickers will make sense. In the meantime, take them off...you are giving tc's a bad name and the stance movement as well as making it harder for us to actually have a good rep (time to rip off my stickers now...).

Also, SL is full of people who have nothing better to do than just hate on everything...unless of course, if your car looked good...

Just ignore us or don't post photos and ask for opinions.

Hell save up $800 and you can rip off the stickers and get a deal on some legit wheels. They're everywhere. The body kit looks better because you have a nice paint job, I will give you that.

i will say this. i got the car back and said outloud to Ted (project machine) that it wasnt as low as we remembered haha. the color i am definitely the happiest with. its a higher quality paint than before with more gold flake and i love it. body kit is fitted better. fenders rolled.

i will get wheels. thats a definite, i just dont know when. im 21 in college - i have an unpaid internship this summer and i cant ask for work's as a birthday/christmas present haha so itll be a little bit before i do that. but it will be done. until then just accept what i have
