buff those tail lights. If you dont have access to a buffer, do by hand with some polishing compound. Theyll look 50 times better.

im probably going to keep the stock rims and paint them like this:

the reason is, aftermarket rims that are any lighter are just too expensive... and i dont see a point in getting new rims if they are not lighter

you should get a better amp for that sub and upgrade your wiring. Youre not even close to using the potential of what that sub is capable of pushing.

actually, that amp is made for that sub... if you look up the numbers. Remember Alpine amps are rated at the RMS wattage, not their peak wattage like most other makes. The M500 replaced that amp in alpines line up and is also the recommended amp for use with the type R. And my wires are fine, i have a four guage power wire split into two 8 guage wires at a distribution block... there is no need for a bigger wire anywhere in this set up.

oh its all good i just thought you were someone talkin out of their a** like most people when they see/hear my system lol, alpine does tend to have amps that look identical. The f250 four channel is powering the type s components and coaxials, and the m450 is for the type R sub. but in the case of powering the type R with the 250 you are exactly right lol
