TRD sparks doesn't have seat belts for sale as far as I know... and I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one that uses carson toyota's site for parts... lol.
As far as the airbag light... the seat belts have their own SRS system of their own. In an accident, a tiny explosive pouch drives a neat little mechanism that tightens the belt right at impact... and it's strong enough to throw you back in your seat, which is what it's designed to do (you're safer off in an accident in this position than with your head under the dash). When you reinstall the seat belts, don't forget to connect the yellow wire into the corresponding connector.
Heres a diagram from the service manual, courtesy of google.

It's actually a pretty cool system. I believe Mercedes was the first to come out with it. I'm not sure if Toyota used the same premise, but the Mercedes pretensioner was a tiny wankel-based motor fueled by a 3-stage incendiary pack (it would spark three times, or until the motor is stalled by belt tension, whichever comes first). TRW has a patent on a similar system which is actually a true wankel engine with a pressurized liquid fuel pack which would turn until fuel ran out or until the belt is fully retracted.
