I need to get the 18-200mm VR though, for more tripod obsoleteness.

 

VR is really nice for getting those shots without a tripod, it isn't a replacement, but it definitely helps.

 

No VR either. The only VR lens I have, is my 70-300. I was using my 10-20 and 28 2.8 for those shots. Just steady hands =D. And VR absolutely is a tripod replacement, unless you're taking +1" shots. I've had taken sharp shots at 300mm with a 1/6" shutter speed. If I had the 18-200 VR, that shoot would have been a lot better, I was limited to staying above 1/15".

 

Man that is a nice car, I'm jealous. I love the color and good choice on the 5dr.

WRXs are my realistic dream car. I've wanted one before I got the tC (but my mom wouldn't cosign on my loan for a used car for some reason lol), and I've been looking at '06-'07 wagons for a while. But I test drove an '09 WRX last summer and fell in love. That car is FAST. Now I know what I'm getting as my next car

It will be a better auto-x car than the tC, it will be better in CO winters and be more practical. Man I can't wait...
