Talking them into the "knockoffs" so I can spend the saved cash on a drop. Looking at the Rota torque. Wanting to do 18x9.5 all around et35. Thoughts?

Great username!
It sounds very good actually. I did alot of planning and tweaking with it and it came out very good. I've actually had some local SQ judges tell me I could easily place. I went through everything from FI Q 18s to sundown sa8s to old school JL w6s and I'm definitely the happiest now. I'm more of an SQ Guy for daily driving. I feel like SPL is best left to competitions. But that's my 02.
I may not be too great with wheels but as far as audio, I'm deep into it and I could help ya set something up according to your budget and preferences. judging by your sig its probably some install issues. You have nice equipment.

I agree on the bass. Its just engulfs you! Especially with good subs.

What is it about the sound that you're not really feeling?

I'm assuming u mean the rattle from the panels on the hatch, they're kinda crazy to hush up, but try some deadener, nuthin fancy. Just take tthe panels off and line the metal with deadener, you could also find some foam or something of the sort to stuff under there. You also may have broken some clips on the panels. Just all things to look into. I had to fix rattles in my hatch all The way to my headliner and they're still there kinda. Its just a matter of finding the point causing it and working on it. Rattles are hhard to locate though lol

any recommendations on wheel colors for the FM tC? I wouldnt mind trying something of an "old school" wheel. but if i did, I think i'd want like a gold or copper/bronze finish. but how does that look on a FM tC?

i was looking through a rides magazine at BAM today and saw this and thought it actually looked pretty cool. This guy in there saw me looking and said "old school, huh" so I guess thats where I got the old school thing from. I kind of like that setup, its a little different from the norm especially in my town of lifted Chevys on huge cheap chromes.
