Default New Member posting..Differences between tC1 and tC2?

I know the body for tC1 is slightly different than the tC2? Does anyone know if the tC1 Interior is same as Interior of tC2?

I am looking to purchase a Scion but not sure if to get Gen 1 or Gen 2...

It's a completely different car. The only thing interchangeable is probably the radio.

tC1 = 2005-2010
tC2 = 2011-2014+

tC1 looks much better and is more affordable in my mind.

It all depends on what you like. tC2 has a 2.5L 4 cylinder, and makes more horsepower. tC1 has a 2.4L 4 cylinder.

My advice would be to visit a local Scion dealership and take a look at and test drive both of them, then decide from there.

There is now a tC 3 or 2.5? Anyway there are now 3 tC's to choose from. So just look at which one is right for you

^It's a 2.5 with most of the major changes being cosmetic

Thanks for pointing that out...thats one thing I was really concerned with because if I do purchase the scion whether it be tC1 or tC2 I most likely will upgrade the car audio sound system...I LOVE MUSIC lol
I was even thinking going with a tC with Factory Nav but I was told I'd be better off with an aftermarket radio...

just to throw is out there...obviously some of the opinions may be biased but I was wondering what you guys would choose

Scion tC2 vs Jetta Hybrid...

I need a fuel efficient vehicle....but I also do like the sports car build hmmm =?

2 different cars, it depends how much you want to spend. In my opinion tC1 is pretty good too.

Hybrids aren't really worth it IMO right now. They are too expensive to fix when they break and don't really save you all that much.
