Default pictures from Scion Night @ Knott's Scary Farm last night.

Last night Scion held a free car show and free tickets to Knott's Scary Farm for anyone who drove up in a Scion. It was a GREAT event, and it was so fun, and FREE! The Scion Evolution girls on the car stand however, Oh mannnn.. Sooo hot. And as i was leaving, i spotted a Skyline GTR R33 in the parking lot. So random yet so awesome.

Scion gave the 2 biggest scion clubs in SoCal a Scion xA and some money to play with to see what they could do with it. Scion Evolution turned the car into a rally car (lol fwd rally car) but it was all in good fun and it turned out pretty decent.

I really get a kick out of people putting Lambo doors on their "stock" engine Scions. For the price of both doors, you can practically get forced induction in your car.

Hmmm... spend $2,000 - $3,000 on a ___ door, or get an extra 80 horses from your engine.

IDK where your getting your prices from but I havent seen any Lambo door kits go for $2000-$3000, tops ive seen them go for is like $1000...on the other hand Ive seen turbo/supercharger kits go for like $3500 without installation, without timing and all that other good stuff....so for a good turbo/supercharger kit, your looking at maybe about $5000, and only get about 30-40 hp on an xb in my mind thats not worth it...but hey if you have the money then why now...but I still dont see why you have to have a built up engine in order to have lambo doors?

Negative... the red tint makes it look like sh**. I don't want to have say that infamous word but it makes it look rice.

too bad my sk3 camera isnt a 10.1 pixel camera

the red tint matches the car. the tint on the car would be "rice" if it didnt match the color scheme of the car. or if it was poorly put on, but this TC was nice :D

I'm not a big fan of any colored tint regardless of the color scheme.

I'm not a fan of colored window tint either... but that didn't stop that guy from taking first place tC in the show.

IDK where your getting your prices from but I havent seen any Lambo door kits go for $2000-$3000 , tops ive seen them go for is like $1000
The $1,000 you're talking about is probably either for just one door or for some POS kit from ebay. The average kits I see go from $1,400 - $1,800 WITHOUT installation. This door kit isn't just something you dab crazy glue on and you're all set. With labor and installation, it'll cost you anywhere from $2,200 to $3,000. I actually know an idiot who installed one on his Prelude and cost him $2,900

...on the other hand Ive seen turbo/supercharger kits go for like $3500
I've seen complete kits as low as $2,800. Of course installation will cost you money, but I know engines and I can do it myself.

without installation, without timing and all that other good stuff....so for a good turbo/supercharger kit, your looking at maybe about $5000,
This dealer charges $3,600 installed. http://www.scionrsm.com/en_US/f_PricingMenu2_1.chtml

but I still dont see why you have to have a built up engine in order to have lambo doors
I just think it's idiotic and useless. You still have to swing the doors horizontally to open (which gives you more than enough space to get in and out) and then raise the door? For what? It's an absolute POSER item. It does nothing but give me belly aches fromm laughter.
