Default RainX Glass Roof?

Just considering buying it by the gallon since everything is glass, will cut down on the wax time when I finally get around to waxing my car for the first time.

Anything out there that performs better than RainX?

I would also think this would cut down on wind noise some.

I put Rain-X on my roof, windshield and rear window after I washed my car last weekend. Worked great. It rained that night, and when I went out to my car the next day, the roof had a "starburst" pattern on it because the most of the water had rolled away from the middle point on the roof. Pretty neat.

Also, when driving in rain, you can see the waterroll up the windshield and all the way back the roof.

You don't need a gallon, it probably took about the same amount as the windshield and rear window combined.

It does nothing for wind noise.

one bottle of rain-x will last for a few applications... so no need to get a gallon of it...
