really cheap wheels and tires

What are the smallest, cheapest rims and tires that i can get for my tc? i need rims/tires to mess around in with.

Junkyard. Find a few cars with 5x100 bolt patterns, and jack their wheels. If you're lowered, make sure they fit.

oh, did i also mention the lightest too? like 16's or something like that. no stupid designs tho. something plain.
