If you have an older tC like I did, 05, you might think you missed out on getting a refund if you had or fixed yourself the rear hatch garnish. Well I sent in a copy of my receipt and proof of ownershipp to Scion and they approved my refund, $123.00. I repaired it myself and this is what I paid at Sparks Toyota for the new part.

Just a little FYI. I sold the Scion so I had to show proof of trade in.

 

Exactly, if you previously paid for this repair on 05-10 tC or 04-06 xB regardless of whether you own the vehicle or not, the cost incurred can definitely be reviewed by the reimbursement department at Scion HQ. You will need the Parts Invoice or Repair Order, proof of payment and proof of ownership which is a copy of title or registration or proof of trade in like the above. This info can be mailed to:
