Quite a few of us have been searching for the heater control panel schematic (center console board). I searched through this GREAT ziped file and didn't see it in there. Probably a "replace the whole assembly" kinda thing.

Again, a huge thanks for the zipped file.

After using Adobe to put all the files together of the Electrical manual, it appears some is missing.

Sections A, B, G and K (assuming there's nothing after M) and pages 170-179 of section H which happen to be the ones I needed from the start, the electrical diagrams of the AC system (the layout of the HVAC board in the console). I figure the HVAC has to be in there considering the layout of the gauge cluster is.

Man, so close yet so far away.

i havent gone through them completely but this is the exact same zip that i got from someone else here almost a year ago. also i believe toyota has released some changes since then so your best bet for a complete tech manual would be going through that other link

A year ago? Damn that means that at the time it wasn't complete yet. Oh well that's it I'm taking the HVAC out again on Sunday, time to hit it with the old multimeter and diagram it the old fashioned way.

Thanks to DuMa and jrv2000, you guys are awesome.

^^^ The electrical manual is all I'm concerned with, mainly focused on the hvac cluster. If it's possible just to get these I'd be forever in your debt.

correct. about 88MB total. i mean, i assume it's complete. it's alot of information and it's more than the 15mb file on your site, so i assume it's everything.

and yes, usenet or newsgroups. man, you guys need to learn how to use some of your bandwidth! i could get into it, but it would be way off topic. i'll just mention the following: newsleecher.com newshosting.com nforce.nl newzbin.com maybe now you can figure out the rest.

and the wiring diagram is only 2.8mb zipped and it appears complete/ligit. again, this is from the files off of the newsgroup i mentioned earlier. if someone would like to host it permanently, pm me and i'll give you an address where you can download it.

Yeah I downloaded it last night. My Comcast account gives me free access to a newsgroup, so I got it from there. Very big (gotta love Comcast, it took less than 5 mins to download all 80+MB).

I skimmed through the electrical manual but couldn't find the info I needed, I'll keep reading and

Yeah in the desert, but the tC is the first thing I'm going to buy when I get back.

Test drove one on leave and been hooked since.

Oh yeah don't worry the server isn't in kuwait, but don't kill it.

In rar files. If you can't extract them, learn to use http://www.google.com.

They are uploading now, they should be there soon.
