seat memory

Default seat memory

for the actual owners:

i've read that the tC has seat memory(?), but when i went to my dealer to look at one, i couldnt figure out how the seat memory works. any of owners have an idea?

when i went to the dealership today to take a look at the tc, i found out that the seat just slides back to the position that it was in before it was tilted. Nothing special.

basically what zhenya said... it's for when you let someone in the rear seat out. you tilt the seat forward, and it'll go back to the previous configuration.

Yeah, it was kinda deceiving...I thought it would have power seats, but I guess what can you expect for the price....

Was your problem on the passenger side? The seat memory is only on the driver's side.

Yeah its not electric, its all mechanical. Just folds back to the same angle that it was previously set after being slid forward.

What are we talking about? The seat-back angle, the travel fore-aft, or both?
