Hmm, just make sure its what you want. It really depends on how low you want to go. If you wanna go as low as yellow or blktC then you should go for bg's But if your okay for a some camber adjustment and about half a tire tucked for the fronts on 17's then go for ff's.

As for how to modify them, just take out 2 rings, compress the spring to 7 inches, which is the max they can go, Then just shorten the shock all the way. It should give you the slammed look.

how did you shorten your shock?

also yeah im just wanting to go -1 or 1.5 more on my fronts, cause atm with my tein ssps its only like 0 finger gap to -.5ish.

but you think they could at least do -1.5 fingers ya think? (on mah 18s)

slamming your ride is just stupid in my opinion..especially on Chicago streets or bad streets in general. Plus slamming is only for show.

you won't have an issue, if you take the gold ring out you can be -1 or -1.5, I closed my wheel gap on the F2s and still have space between my gold perch and the red rings (i think Shinjitai and Arod took out that Gold perch IIRC to go lower)

yea but all you folks from the burb love to come down to the city because there isnt crap to do up there besides pick corn..so in theory you guys suffer our roads just as much. I have a finger gap both front and back. It took me 20 minutes to get out of an alley yesterday makes me wonder why anyone would want to be lower then I am. Plus I bet you it feels like crap to be that low. I highly doubt any chick will want to go back into your ride after you drop in 1 inch off the floor. Think about it, you have 18s and want to go lower? You will feel every single bump and curve on the road.

Actually mine is really comfortable. To me, it feels better then stock. My settings are really soft and its not as rough as you may think.

So i got many things in the mail this past Month and lets just say that my tC will get a whole new make-over. Just waiting on a few more things and I will get to work on my car again.

For those that might not know, My Grids got sold last week and i am looking into a new set up. I will be returning to 17's and i need to do some experimenting to check how wide i want to go. I'll update when i get things settled!

all im gonna say is if you need a welder to modify your coils and go lower you should just buy something else.

that just sounds straight up stupid.
