I'm not sure why you even asked the question. AT BEST you'd get a 50-50 split. In the end...it's your money...your car...your choice. Honestly, I wouldn't ask the forum. That'd be like walking out into the street and polling the people passing by.

In the end....who really cares?????

They only made the Crossfire for a few years. That car sucks. It will be worth almost nothing in a couple years.

Personally, i think the Crossfire is pure ugly.

It just looks retarded!

But hey, it's RWD lol.

The only informed material I can present on this subject is that I could get the SRT-6 Crossfire faster around Gateway International Raceway than the SRT-8 Charger and SRT-8 Magnum.

That being said, it could only get 10mph faster on the long straight than my 1991 240SX with a slight oil leak coming from the head.

I don't. The Charger felt like a pig going around the track. It was better than the Magnum, though, which felt like a brick. The Crossfire was the only decent one, but... it was only decent. A 2006 one has also depreciated $10,000 in two years.

sorry i should have said i love the LOOKS of the car. to me the whole SRT line up is pretty amazing. again im not talking about how they do on a track! in a straight line though they are amazing. and sound VERY amazing.

I don't like the looks of the Magnum. The Charger and Crossfire, though, do look quite nice in SRT trim.

Sure, in a straight line they're amazing. But if I can get one for a comparable price that goes a little slower in a straight line but can negotiate a corner, I'm going to go for that one.

On a side tangent, I never got this rebuttal for poor handling performance using "straight line" performance. That's like saying your computer can't load anything more powerful than Notepad, but that's okay because it's got an 8GHz processor. It's still crap, I'm sorry.

But that was my point, kind of. If I have two cars that cost exactly the same; one goes faster in a straight line but is a bear to turn, one goes slower in a straight line but can take a corner... I'm going for the one that can take a corner. Call me crazy for liking to turn the wheel without crashing, I dunno.

With some money, you can make anything go faster, too.

Well no, you were trying to say that they looked nice, sounded nice... and how they did on a straight line vs. how they did on the track... and then justified it's poor handling on the track with "well you can just spend more money on it". Oh well, whatever.

See, logically that translates to "their track performance is irrelevant; all that matters is their straight line performance, which is great". I'm only 7 hours into my day, and this is already at the very bottom of the list of things I'll care about today.
