Default tC deposit thread

i know everyone is going to be excited about putting a deposit down and telling what options they got, so please keep it to this one thread. much like everyone got annoyed with the hot lava threads (including myself and i own one) i would like to try and keep everyone happy here. in an effort to stay ahead of the crowd i created this thread

if you put a deposit down on a tC, this is your place to showoff and feel lucky because a lot of people want one. tell us what you plan to do with it now and/or what you added for the purchase

Put my deposit down for an azure pearl automatic. I don't think I am getting any accessories from the dealer.

White tC, $500 deposit, fully refundable.
Automatic since I have to crawl through traffic everyday.
I'll decide on options once I see the car in person.

I dont wanna offend anybody or discourage you from putting down a deposit, but why have so many of you done it? With all the mishaps about colors coming up, and the fact that i dont see some accessories on release (correct me if im wrong) including the AEM CAI. Why not just wait for some tests to be done and the accessories (and prices) to get straightened?

Deposits? Deposits? I ordered a flint mica 5-speed with side air bags on April 21st. When I asked the dealer how much I needed to deposit, he said "Nothing, If you don't want the car, someone else will. I wonder who'll be getting the intrest earned on your deposits if you should decide you don't want the car.

As Zhenya has said, the deposit is refundable so if I don't like the car for some reason, I can ask for the money back.

for me it'll be better to have the car when it first comes out instead of being on a waiting list for a couple of months.

My car I'm driving now is about ready to go through the mid life crisis )needs a new AC & the suspention is going)

This car will be the hotest thing to hit the market since ummm the XB ummm yeah

& seriously, how much interest will $500 gain in 2 months? (no answers needed)
