That's odd, I think I remember buying my Scion tC at the Toyota dealership, because Scion dealerships do not exist. Scion is Toyota's 3rd brand but until it breaks off on its own I don't see a problem with the Toyota reference. Also because it is still relatively a new brand, putting Toyotas name out there only helps people know about the brand, or at least where to buy the car. Lexus and Acura are still referenced as Toyota and Honda’s luxury line occasionally.

Scion may look different on the outside, but it still has its parents DNA, and that’s nothing to get mad at, if anything its a complement on Toyotas accomplishment. When you try to sell your car, would you not mention the Toyota engine, the Toyota parts is what keeps it resale value high. It is after all running a modified Toyota engine, among other parts.

I just think its odd that I have seen this pop up in so many different post. It just sounds like a bunch of kids that don’t like their name linked to their parents, even though they still live in their house/dealership and cant make it yet on their own.

That's very true...I find that problematic with movies as well. 5 stars is simply too little...unless you're giving out half stars as well

sometinhg worth noting-there were several larger vehicles listed earlier in the list, and almost all domestic small cars were before the tc

clearly bigger is not better
