It is cool to be able to read these and that someone was willing to post them for a bit, but there is a little bit of info you guys may want to remember before posting anything like this.
The MINUTE you write something it is copyrighted material, you do NOT have to register it for it to be copyrighted. A common misconception is that unless someone pays to register it, it is not copyrighted. So for example, if I write something, it is against copyright law for anyone to make copies of it for any reason whatsoever. Misconception #2 is that as long as you are not charging for it you arent violating copyright law. Even buying a newspaper and making copies of the articles for someone is a violation of copyright law. So almost everyone is guilty to some degree of this. Of course, the papers arent out there trying to prosecute, but some writers and companies have more reason to. Making a copy of someone elses work for any reason whatsoever is a violation. And just so you dont doubt my info, I have to deal with this on project documentation and have been trained in this area from our companies intellectual property attorneys (who work on a team of attorneys to represent a company of about 150,000 employees worldwide). So this is valid info.
so just be careful about openly posting copied information, cause there is a chance it can backfire on you. Especially with all of the music and movie industry crackdowns on intellectual property cases these days, everyone is on the lookout.

Thanks for posting this manual!!!!
Does anyone have the manual in one completed PDF? I plan to print it out and put it in a binder, and it would be easier if it was one 700 or so page PDF versus separate files.
I suggest anyone that hasn't grabbed the manual yet to get on it - the traditional Chiltons can't even compare to the wealth of material you get here!
