too much - ide get aftermarket ones if it comes down to you buying them. What kinda town do you live in? Did you have wheel locks? Sounds like you need to get an alarm that detects tilt and has a 2way remote so you know when its being jacked up.

^ $125 take off and get the center pieces for $13/each and you can get a whole new rim set for $552+shipping.

yeah... they usually leave your car on jackstands or bricks.

sucks to hear man.... people steal the stupidiest stuff.. well.. mostly because they're stupid...

but i would get wheel locks and aftermarket... stock rims cost alot..... in actuality.. even more so than the upgraded 18's that Scion offers!

sorry to hear that anyways as everyone said you're best going with aftermarket wheels than stock because they are expensive! I had a crash and fully broke a wheel it looked like a wheel cover and the dealer quoted me $450 a wheel without tire. that was a year ago.

I see you live in Deltona that is weird stuff if it happened there my granmother used to live in maureen drive and Deltona is a pretty nice area.

Hope you get this solved soon.

Our rims fit other cars.. I believe the neon can run them, for example, so they figure someone will buy them, and selling a set of stockies on ebay is less noticeable than a set of $5000 rims that only a few people around own. So I guess they figure they wont sell for a lot, but will be an easy sell. We live in a very nice place, but we had a rash of thefts come through here (the sound system out of my older car, two peoples rims, other sound systems, etc). They were also professional, or at least appeared to be. So it can happen anywhere there are cars to be targeted.

Not here! I live in the 18th safest city in America.

(And I still lock the doors every time I drive through the city).

you know.. now that i think about it...

someone stealing the '07+ rims with the sensors is going to be EXPENSIVE to replace period..... those sensors aren't cheap...

but i guess you're lucky you have an '06....

just a thought.

if you lose the sensors, does that mean you'll have a malfunction light on your dash for all time to come?

no.. you'll have to purchase new sensors and you need a toyota scantool to reprogram the ecu for the new sensors.

nevertheless it's a hassle and it'll suck
