I'll say everything I found out post-purchase has been covered here, good and bad.
Wish I coulda' driven an MT before I bought one. I also wish the free Russian mailorder bride that came with it was screened for disease. I'm pretty resistant to little squeaks and stuff in the car, but you can't expect TOO solid a car for the price under these circumstances.
I like the tC a lot... just need to get the grindy gearbox fixed and a cure for these crabs.

-How horrible the clutch feels compared to every other car I've driven (I can't decide if there's something wrong with it, or if they're just all like this, but I noticed other people reported this too)
- The annoying dead spot on the gas pedal
- How much body roll there is (I have no idea how I didn't notice this when I test drove)
- How the stereo cover flap thing never gets closed any more, it's 100% useless - all it does is produce an annoying squeaking noise over bumpy road
- That the drivers seat needs to go about 2-3 inches lower.

The auxilary port plays my ipod just as the 260$ additional option radio would have. Not sure why Scion did not mention this to their buyers, but I'm glad I didn't waste the extra money.

Hmmm, the iPod radio came with my car, so I'm not hatin' on the price differences...... but I did find out a couple of things about the car after I had it for a while.
1) The SSP button with the xA/xB/tC setup.
2) Change the text on the HU
3) The glove compartment locks
4) The hatch/truck area is smaller than the last car I had, so every time I have to haul around my cello (yes, I rock), I have to put down one of the back seats.
5) You can turn the seat belt beeping off
6) Mode button on steering wheel can turn off the HU
7) Trip A andddd B. How awesome.
Auto windows for passenger/drivers up
9) I couldn't get OEM fogs for my RS if I wanted to keep my grille.
Hmm, that's about it.
