Default Tint and DOT MATRIX!!

Ok, I got my tC tinted two days ago and I noticed that the tint stops where the dot matrix begins. Now I know that this is normal procedure because the tint tends to not stick there, but have any of you put anything on the inside of your tC like vinyl or black flat spray paint to take away that ugly looking line of non-tinted window? Also if your tint installer went over the dot matrix with the tint has it stuck or not? Also do you know any places in Socal that will tint over the dot matrix. Thanks guys. And I HATE DOT MATRIX!!!!!

On both my tC and my T-Bird the tint covers the entire glass. I've had the tint on my tC for about 6 months and on the T-Bird for about 2 years and have never had a problem with either.

So none of you guys that dont hve the dots covered have covered it with something else? Hmmm.... I think I'm gonna have it redone at another shop and have them cover the dots. Because it looks like crap with the space of non-tint. Also I tinted it too light in the back. The guy said it was 18% Solar Gard but it looks like a 38%!!

the dots on mine are covered, however after 2 or 3 days of drying, it lifted off the dots. However, everything is even along the edges so it doesn't look messed up. Honestly, it doesn't bother me. *shrugs*

My tint guy uses glue on the dot areas of the windows to fill in the holes. You get tint on the entire window and none of the "pull back" tint look where tint meets the dots. If you are in Vegas, I will be happy to PM his info (and NO, it is not me!)
