I think you may only want to sell the headliner to people who DON'T have the side curtain airbags to be on the safe side.

I know that would be a good idea and it is a risk but I doudt that the manufacturer wouldn't make it so it would effect it. You would have to take your airbags out.
What we can do is make the the edge 3 layers of carbon fiber and it is very flexable. Carbon Fiber doesn't just exsplode and send shrapnel all over it would just spider web it and make it look like trash. I don't think it will effect anything as long as it is able to bend.

Visors maybe but the oh poodie handles that would be kind of hard, unless we were to make them out of dry fiber and flexable without putting clear coat on them.

I would probably just paint the of poop handles black, but the sun visors is a must!

Yeah you would have to paint them, not saying that carbon wouldn't look cool but it would be very hard to accomplish.
As for the visors makeing them out of carbon would mean that we would have to strip them down. And also depending on if they are a hard plastic or if they are a card board. We could wrap them or make a mold out of them. You can't wrap card board it just doesn't come out right.
Possible though.

Hey Nick!! If yo could get me a picture where the airbags fo that would be great. Pillars and Inserts are going to come out a little later. We have so many things to get finished around here.Making molds takes a lot longer than most people realize. But once we get to the headliner done we can start on that project.
