All the crap in the car is gonna go on the new tC if I can salvage it, so sorry. Not gonna part it out.

Oh, and it's supposed to rain tomorrow and the car's outside. The interior's gonna be ruined, so jack that cost up with the total bill, also.

Ohwell. Everything happens for a reason.

I totaled my 10 second truck *tear* going 30mph on the freeway of all things. Too bad I ran into a 6-car pileup in the process, but its ok, i smeared a BMW hehe. Then I got a TC, so things do happen for a reason!

Hmmm, I wonder how much value the car's worth. It was almost 9 months old, just hit 9K miles...

Any ideas?

first off glad to hear your ok and no major damage to you.

Congrads to toyota for saving another life on the freeway

One part that will suck for the next few months, maybe years, is now everytime you will be on the freeway, and there is a truck next to you, you will feel weird.

I went into a wall trying to 45 degree turn a 94 factory tuned kia sephia going about 45-65 around there. The only thing that happened was my rear bumper got busted up and both my rims on the right side busted clean off the hub. I had spokes, and seperate tires with rims, lol.. But now i feel weird everytime i drive by that corner..

you should get more than the car is worth, and way more than what you owe (if you had a down payment) Now you can get a new tC and a turbo hopefully

you *could* convince them that the release series status makes it more valuable....

hey im sooo sry about ur car and im glad to see that your ok! just one thing i noticed though in the pictures. your airbags didnt deploy. how fast were u goin? were u goin over 40 or under 40, do u remember? im sure it went by so fast u might not remember if if u were goin fast enough for the airbags to deploy and they didnt then you might wanna bring that up, my friend was given 4000 dollars when he totalled his truck cuz his airbags didnt deploy and it was a "im sorry" gift more or less, jus something to throw out there to kinda help you out some. and again, im sorry!

if she had gap, full coverage, proof of victim (ie. not the cause of the accident) any type of medical bill or x-ray, and or 500 dollar deductible or less.

she will get market value for vehicle, gap will cover rest of vehicle cost, she will get money from the truckers insurance for medical and car (if he is proven to be the cause), she will get medical from her insurance (usually more than what medical help cost, i have seen up to 3 or 4 grand more) plus paying a low deductible.

if all that is present, she is paid, with money to spare.

Glad you're [mostly] okay, sorry about the tC. I hate driving alongside big trucks.
