im bored so i looked up the illinois vehicle code as to the exact description for driving too fast for conditions,
Speeding too fast for conditions or failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident (a serious traffic violation if committed in a commercial motor vehicle). thats such a general bull____ charge, kind of like disorderly conduct for traffic rules, such a blanket meaning the can make it fit so many incidents. plus the 30 points tacked onto your license at the end of the day, man thats gotta suck, but at least everyone was ok.
BTW i know someone said to look for red light cameras, you ever think to try and see if you can view the government installed traffic cams?
heres a couple of sites, but unfortunately i dont know much about where it happened in relation to anywhere else.

becuase these arent the "red light" cameras that were suggested earlier, you said it was on a highway, and i posted a link to highway cameras, maybe you might get lucky, maybe not. i must have missed all the replys saying about the camera becuase i only saw one post, and it about the red light cameras. at least its better advice than telling you to "jack" the car from the junkyard, no need to jump on my ___ for trying to help you.

u cant just "jack" a car because u think u own it.
technically you dont own anything until it completely paid off.
and were you drunk when you wrote that, cuz i can barely understand it, its like one long run on sentance. haha

Seems like a long, drawn out, PITA... glad you're all OK and all but I have to tell you, I can now understand why my insurance goes up instead of down when I'm driving clean.
You said you were in one other accident before this plus 2 speeding tickets? That's not good at 18 man (no matter who's fault)... you're lucky they didn't throw the book at you this time and take your license away for a while. Really lucky. Your lawyer must have done a hell of a job.
I'm glad things are looking a little better for you in court and all... but damn. You have to take it easy.

yes i was issued tickets in both accidents but of course when the cops show up the first person theyre going to want to blame is the 18 yr old male whos driving the "race car".
neither of those accidents were my fault which is why they couldnt really throw the book at me, becuase they had no substancial evidence.
