just swap it for the stock box come smog, gyarsh. don't drive like a bat out of hell and don't get pulled over, problem solved...

Okay just went through the EO's it looks like the TRD CAI is carb legal for the 08 tc..... I hate Cali why not for earlier years as well.... *sigh*

its NOT CARB legal according to TRD...but i printed out the EO...so yeah
