i bet insurance in the kent area for a young kid with a nice car like that would be even higher... *cough*

Default 350Z or Turbo tC?

Whoever said a turbo tC would only be good in a straight line is sadly misinformed. I drove my stock tC on the streets of willow springs raceway a few months ago and I was able to pass a 350Z and an E36 M3 and I only ran 4 seconds behind my friend's S2000 which has intake, exhaust and was tuned. It's all about the driver. I know I have less power than all those cars but in the corners I had no problem staying on them. You have to ask yourself what it is that you really want and what you can comfortably afford. Whatever makes you happy!

The tC is cheaper to mod...ALOT of things can be done to it to make it fast and handle like a dream if thats what ur worried about

350Z is expensive in EVERY category be it modding, maintenence, and insurance...but if u afford it, itll end up to be one sick ride!

I, personally, would stick with the tC cause i love seeing the look on a Z owners face when they TRY to pass me gettin on the freeway!

Get the 350 bro. Turbo charging these cars seems to come with too many headaches. At least with the 350Z you'll get a car just as fast but with a warranty.

Well...if u know what ur doing, or know of someone who knows what theyre doing, then u wont have any problems...same problems exist with tuning any car!

AND a turbo tC, from my experience, is faster than a stock 350Z, and not by just a lil bit...unless the ones that have tried to take me were all show no go (didnt know how to drive)

I would pick the 350Z. You get a "better" car to begin with, and more stock HP is nicer IMO. I had a tC... doesnt compare to my R and wont be comparable to 350.

How much you have to spend?
How much you have to maintain (insurance)?
Are you hooking it up?
Can you NOT spin it out and crack it up?

I have a tC and my roommate had a liquid aluminum 350Z for 3 years. There really shouldn't be much of a debate.

perhaps you may want to spend some learning about turbo tC's and the headaches and investments owners have to deal with.
Personally, this is a no brainer: 350Z (RWD > FWD, 2WD > 1WD)
But be prepared for no back seat........ (which can be a good thing).

Sweet thanks to everyones opinions and advices. I'll let you guys know what I decide to do in about 1 month. I have about 15grand to spend and maybe sell all my mods on tc and hope to get another 2grand and I should be good. But modding the 350z is a must but i would have to roll stock for some time but its one cute little ride.

easy...

TC if you like the scion family.. all the fun.. meets..
more room, cheaper to costumize, cheaper insurance, room for big ___ audio
and having a turbo in your car is priceless

350z= fast.. handles better, more girls looks better

to be honest.. if u have money spend it on your car go with tc..

turbo, exhaust, leather inside.. bodykit, nice paintjob, wheels, audio system.. etc

plus you are young.. fwd car for you would be too much.. every young drivers wanna go drift and drivef ast.. and do that with a rwd car is not for us.. young ppl = stupid

i dont even want to get an rwd car.. i would be dead in the first week.. maybe when i turn to 30...
