Damn those new tyc lights look tight, but not for everybody who wants their car to like like all the others...

Hmmm...I had a strong dislike for those TYC lights before but I think they are starting to grow on me.

I like the TYC Lights. I'm probably gonna get em and smoke em out and take out the yellow portion at the top. I need more $!! lol.

 

Yea, I also think the same way. Smoke a little overall the light casing.
Then probably the amber turning signal then will no longer needed to replace with hyper white or whatever since its smoked.
I think its gonna turn on nice!

 

I think more & more tc owners will come around to these tailights and I definitely think they belong on black or FM tc's more than on lighter colors. I installed them and agree you can smoke em and it will look even better but I was too anxious just to get em on...

 

Would like to see 'em on a BCP. Those tails do look good on your FM.

 

Did you guys see that Scion now offers the TYC tails as Accessories? Yup....$345.

 

For you SSM fans - not mine - but they're starting to grow on me!

 

I have gotten word my HIR bulbs have been shipped, I got them for the headlights and the fog lights. Once installed I will post new pics so you can all see and envy my tc....

 

I think they should've looked more like this. At LEAST.

 

hehe i've liked those all along, i bet they would look real good if smoked.... it's funny how everyone hated them at first and now when u c them on the car they look hot!!!

 

I honestly think they are ugly as sin, but I think if you sprayed them with that smoke tint they might blend in a little bit better and I might would rock them that way. Right now they just stand out like a sore thumb, like that civic going down the road and its lowered on stock hubcaps and has altezzas.

 

I got the HIR bulbs today and I will take pics tonight to show the difference or lack of it.

 

but they are still hideous.

They should of kept the OEM design and slapped some leds in it.

 

I dont know what it is.....when I see these taillights it makes me think of a pontiac bonneville or grand prix. anyone else agree? personally not gonna put em on mine....but thats the fantastic thing with scion...not everyone has my taste and scion tries apeal to most everyone
