Greetings everyone, pretty soon this thread will be a very detailed manual for installation of Viper 5901 just let me clarify some things.

So here is what I got:
2008 Scion TC
5901 Viper Alarm/Remote start
XK05 XPRESSKIT Data Transponder
All kind of manuals, Camera to take detailed pictures and set of tools for install
So let’s start
From my understanding “XK05 transponder” has to be connected first. Here is the diagram

The question is :
Brown “Ground When Running (Status)” totally lost on this one
Blue Ignition in which one? Is it the one that on V5 harness?

Just put this in my tc the other day. Fairly simple, then again I work as a mobile installer for a living. Instead of using that xk05 you got there for the bypass, return it and grab yourself the expresskit pkall bypass. Should be able to get it at any bestbuy. On that bypass, just use the d2d cable and you are left with 3 wires to hook up: the red which is your 12 volts, Black which is your ground, and the blue which will hook up to your negative status output wire from the brain of the unit.

Well I have what I have and it is too late to change components.
To mention that XK05 has D2D cable as well, and I intend to use it.
