Why do you think pets and children have died while unsupervised

100% uv protection on the front
85% on the sides.

dealership update:

just got off the phone with the dealer and new wheels will be installed on thursday . and im gonna take the camera this time to make sure there no foul up this time.

word of advice to all scion ownerz take a digital camera with you when you hit the dealershipbecause they will pull a fast one if your sleepy that day!!!
dealerships are very skeptical about claims like that. they have been screwed over many times which, messes it up for those of us with legit claims.

i know but dealerships need to own up to their mistakes especially when its a obvious mistake. my damage was done when some used the wrong tool and covered their butt. if a policer told you it looks like someone used a wrong tool and refused to write a report what would you do???

keeping the roof shades closed while the car is parked in the sun helps a little.

The tint is supposed to block %99 of U.V Rays, which it does, but your right it can still get pretty hot inside. Without window tint it can get even hotter, like 160 F. I use a front window shade, which helps a lot too.

"Important Warning"Remember keep all air freshiners in a shady spot, not in direct sunlight, because it will become a monster and spit all over the place...... LMAO.

That's what I was thinking too... this has nothing to do with the tC ... just in the price of repairs. But it is what it is. It's not like poor manufacturing in the tC caused the air freshener to leak all over your dash...

As for the second issue... well... some dealerships suck. That's just it.

wait one minute this was just heads up to tc ownerz . i think your reading too much into it . the liqid isnt supposed to eat away at your dash according to the manufactor at any temp . also under no circumstance is it supposed to boil and spew out the bottle either even in direct sunlight. thats why they are replacing my dash near the vent and cd door. yah dig
