haha ^ to the money part...i feel ya.
I mean you have any legal friends? All it usually takes is a drafted legal letter letting them know that you will pursue if they do not take down the photo. Now if you can / can't pursue thats a different story.

maybe calling the better business bureau to file a claim against them?
also, it would really suck if you happened to sign up for a bunch of mailing lists/phone lists with his address/phone number. That would really suck if he received a bunch of mailers/phone calls from people trying to sell stuff.

what we should do is everyone should call him non stop all day everyday and just tell him how much of ann Anus_Hole he is for doing that, I mean if we could get 24 of us to call him on the hour every hour everyday forever, just make it a daily ritual LOL, youtube it lol.
Im down Ill call him over and over and over and over and over and over and over, and if we could get a few others and let him know that, hes messing with the Familia LOL.

Ridiculous. Someone once tried to sell my brother's car on Craigslist without his knowledge. They put the real VIN and real photos of the car taken from the web. The "seller" was taking Western Union payments and said the car would be available for "pickup" from a "warehouse" in LA after payment was sent. My brother was initially suspected of the crime after a would-be buyer complained about the deal sounding like a scam. However, Craigslist was able to get the info of the poster and it turned out to be someone in Latvia.
Crazy world man. One minute you put pictures of your car online, and the next minute, some guy in Eastern Europe is selling it for profit.

Really there is nt much you can do. I have found pics of my car all the way from Ebay to people using it as there own on myspace. Once you post the pic without a watermark or a trademark peice on it. It makes it free game really. I started water marking all my pics. The only un watermarked pics I will send out is to my sponsors so they can use them. Sucks, I feel for you. I just found mine on ebay selling the same wheels again. It sucks, but at the same time you have to find it kinda flattering that someone would want to use the pics in the first place.

Does it stop them from being able to use the picture?
I proved those photos to be mine. The one company said, SO? The only way i can get them to take it down, is to get a lawyer. And that isnt worth it.
Watermarks are cool, but they do nothing to stop people from using your pictures.
